VeilFall Retreat Terms & Conditions

By registering for VeilFall, hosted and facilitated by Emily Reuschel and Kelsey Anderson, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Reservation & Payment

Your retreat space is confirmed once payment or your first payment installment has been successfully processed.

The retreat investment is based on your selected accommodation tier:

Premium Accommodations
$3,333 USD paid in full
or $555/month for 6 months

Shared Zomes + Lodge Accommodations
$2,666 USD paid in full
or $444/month for 6 months

Applicable discounts or promotional codes may be offered at the discretion of the hosts.

Payment plans may be available at checkout. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the payment schedule provided at registration.

All payments must be completed in full prior to the start of the retreat.

Failure to complete payment according to the agreed schedule may result in forfeiture of your reservation.

Because this gathering is intentionally limited, accommodation arrangements will be selected in the order of enrollment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the limited number of spaces available and the advance planning required for lodging, meals, facilitation, materials, ceremonies, and retreat experiences, all payments are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend the retreat after registering, your spot may be transferred to another participant with prior written approval from the retreat hosts.

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by the hosts, participants will receive a full refund of any payments made.

The hosts are not responsible for reimbursement of travel expenses, airline tickets, lodging outside the retreat dates, rental cars, park passes, or other personal costs associated with retreat attendance.

Travel & Transportation

Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the retreat location.

VeilFall will take place at Blue Star Retreat Center in Columbia Falls, Montana, approximately 20 minutes from the West Entrance of Glacier National Park.

Participants are responsible for booking their own flights, transportation, rental cars, rideshares, travel insurance, and any additional lodging needed before or after the retreat.

Participants may coordinate travel with other attendees if desired, but transportation arrangements remain the responsibility of each individual participant.

Any optional activities outside the official retreat container, including potential informal Glacier National Park outings after the retreat closes, are not included in the retreat investment and remain the responsibility of each participant.

Participation & Personal Responsibility

VeilFall is a wellness and personal growth retreat that may include activities such as women’s circles, ritual, ceremony, sound healing, movement, nature walks, hiking, sauna, cold plunge, cacao, journaling, embodiment practices, energetic work, creative experiences, and reflective exercises.

By attending, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and accept full responsibility for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being during the retreat.

Participants are responsible for honoring their own limits and choosing whether or not to participate in any activity.

Participants are responsible for informing the hosts of any relevant health conditions, dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, allergies, pregnancy, injuries, or other concerns prior to the retreat.

The retreat hosts reserve the right to modify the schedule, activities, or retreat flow as needed due to weather, safety, group needs, venue requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Wellness, Energy Work & Spiritual Practices Disclaimer

VeilFall may include energy work, intuitive facilitation, ritual, ceremony, sound healing, embodiment practices, cacao, and other wellness or spiritual experiences intended to support relaxation, reflection, self-awareness, personal growth, and connection.

These practices are not medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

Participation in any wellness, spiritual, intuitive, or energy-based practice is voluntary.

Participants should consult with their healthcare provider for any medical, mental health, pregnancy-related, dietary, or physical concerns before attending.

Code of Conduct

VeilFall is intended to be a respectful, supportive, and inclusive environment for all participants.

All attendees agree to participate with openness, respect, honesty, and consideration for others.

Participants are expected to honor the privacy, boundaries, stories, and lived experiences of others within the retreat container.

The hosts reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or harmful to the group dynamic without refund.

Photography & Media

Photography and video may be taken during the retreat for future promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.

By attending the retreat, you grant permission for your image, likeness, or voice to be used in retreat-related marketing materials unless you notify the hosts in writing prior to the retreat.

Participants are asked to be mindful and respectful when taking personal photos or videos of other attendees. Consent should be obtained before sharing images, videos, or personal stories involving other participants.
